Pastel flyer titled “Calm Bodies, Ready Minds” with simple floral illustrations. It explains that students learn best when they feel calm, rested, connected, and ready to move. The flyer highlights simple home routines that support emotional regulation and school success, including fresh air to reduce stress, movement to help manage emotions and improve focus, consistent sleep for better behavior, and family connection to build confidence and resilience. A section suggests free spring activities such as sidewalk chalk, reading outside, stretching, picnics, porch story time, nature color hunts, and walking the dog. The flyer ends by encouraging small changes at home and invites families to contact an Outreach Facilitator for support. A small illustration shows a child reading at the bottom.
