We need your help, Bobcats!
In partnership with Pantry Plus More, our school will be collecting coins from November 5th–15th to help fund Food Distributions for families in need during the holiday break.
Students can bring in loose change to add to their House collection bucket! The number of dollars brought in will also be converted to House Points! 1$=1 Point! The House with the MOST money brought in will earn and extra 200 Points!
Every coin helps make sure local families have food on their tables this holiday season!

As I explained in last week’s message, our Local School Improvement Council has 2 parent/guardian positions open. We collected nominations for these positions and now we need to vote. On Monday, the students had the opportunity to attend a presentation from the American Heart Association. We will be participating in a month long challenge to support the AHA and complete Finn's Mission. Students can be registered using the AHA Schools app to collect donations and earn prizes!

Join us for a Royal Ball!

We would like to extend a HUGE shout-out to Cooper James Salon for their time and efforts with Cocoa and Cuts! Our kiddos were smiling from ear to ear with their new haircuts and hair styles. We are ready for the holidays here at Mountainview Elementary!

We were so excited to unveil our brand new book vending machine at Mountainview last week! These lucky students earned the very first book tokens by having their lucky attendance duck number drawn and being at school! Our Bobcats were so happy to select their brand new books from the machine! We can't wait to see more students using and enjoying this treat!

Mountainview School Spirit merchandise is currently open for orders until October 21st! Mountainview students should be coming home with these order forms, along with instructions for paying by check. Additionally, if you are interested in donating money to be used toward the purchases of spirit wear for others who are unable to participate, there is an option for that!
